You can and for that matter anybody can ask any question and hopefully anybody can answer as well! However if anybody can be of any help, that person should know the problem at least partially. Your query was so incomplete so that anybody can give any helpful answer or make any useful remark, other than saying please calm yourslef, wait for the RFE and we will help you take care of it!!.
(However if you just wanted to get the number of people who came across a situation where their 3 year old got an RFE (?) after their GC got approved, you question is making sense but for most normal people this is too little information to help you, in any way!)

Online application usually warrants a fingerprinting , it's best to apply in paper if that needs to be avoided.

My employer says that USCIS confused with another employer with the same name who is not funcioning from 2003(Or this guys would have given their old Licence number of 2003 to USCIS while applying I140 which was overlooked by USCIS while approval). On this confusion they 'Intent to revoke'.My employer has sent the current licence they have to USCIS. So we are waiting for the decision. But I did not see the 'Intent to Revoke' letter myself. They are not sending it too. So i am nervous and thinking of other options.
USCIS site says that additional documents has been received and they will make a decision soon.
If you know that it is for another employee then why you worry. Just submit all the required document and everything should be fine. USCIS are very considerate.

What is the difference between L1B and H1B? Why don't companies hire on L1B when H1B's are over? Thanks.
L1B is comany transfer, for L1B company need to have good revenue for sponsoring L1b and L1b holder must work on the it�s country for minimum of year. Now a days there is restrictions like only computer back ground people need to apply for L1 ( BE/B.Tech in CSE,EEE,ECE) on this because companies are misusing it for no annual cab.
Since it is company transfer H1B is not eligible for L1B ( you have to work in the company home country for 1 year to be eligible) but L1B is eligible for H1b. But many of the Indian companies are not sponsoring green cards for L1A and L1b of then do then they will also face retrogression.

Since you have completed the important formalities for two.
Police compliant & applying for replacement cards. You are good.
If you need to travel outside USA, you can get your passport stamped stating that you have a GC. That should your travel needs. Now a days, replacement cards are very fast. You should be able to get them in 3 months period. Do not try to give false information to USCIS (Some one suggested you in this group)

Can it get any worse for LEGALS in this country than what it is Mr Tancredo? Any attempt by you will only get things better as we are at the bottom as it relates to LEGAL Immigrant miseries.
Tancredo introduces an immigration bill every week. Its like newsletter for him. There is nothing new here. No one listens to him. Not even the Republicans. If he was take seriously, then H.R. 4437 (109th congress) would be called "Tancredo Bill" not "Sensenbrenner Bill".
Tom Tancredo not only has 0 clout with Republicans, he has lost clout with a caucus he found. HIRC (House immigration reform caucus) was founded by Tom Tancredo. He is not a chairman of that Caucus anymore. I think its some other guy, probably Lamar Smith of Texas.
Stop the panic attacks everytime someone like Tancredo, Sensenbrenner and Sessions say "Boo !".

LCA wage is $60K. For the current company it is Ok since I worked only for 8 months. But my concern is W2 with $50K in CA bay area will definitely raise a red flag when it comes to any further encounter with USICS (H1 extn/Labor/I-140/AOS/Consulate stamping). I will need to do a lot of explanation. I�m trying to avoid all that with a $60K W2.
What is the wage mentioned on LCA for the H1 ? Is it more then 50K?

Here is my situation:
My sponsoring company 'A' was acquired by company 'B' last month and name changed to company 'B' with B's pay stubs.
Am on H1 now and i applied my 485 in August 2007 with 140 approved in May 2007.
Company B informed me that they informed USCIS regarding the acquisition(i don't what they mean !!).
Questions:
1. How is my green card process proceeds with company 'B'? Should the company 'B' file I140 amendment or is there any thing they have to take care?
2. Can i join with company 'C' by invoking AC21?
Please share your thoughts and experiences.

IV is presently focussing on the comprehensive immigration reform bill, but if you present your case here we'll see if and what can be done.

You can get the home loan from India. I bought a property couple of years back, that time SBI gave me a very good rate. You can start the application processing from their US location, they will help you with the application process. For the paperwork they will need the details about your job, and for the loan security you'll need to have someone in India who owns a property.
Personally, I wouldn't go to ICICI because I had a very bad experience with them. Also, if you are buying an apartment make sure the builder has all the approvals from the governments and from the banks. All the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!
